چکیده
Pleural effusion, the pathological accumulation of fluid in pleural space, is very common. It has a wide differential diagnosis, and delayed etiological diagnosis can be associated with markedly higher morbidity mortality. divided into two main types: Transudative Exudative, depending on mechanism accumulation. The most common causes effusion are: Congestive heart failure, infections, malignancy, liver kidney failure.
